Together with advanced relationship development skills and extensive management pedigree, Suresh brings passion, determination and dedication to his work that is founded on his experience of maximizing the potential of individuals and organizations in the pursuit and attainment of performance growth and profit. He discovered he had entrepreneurial qualities when he was nominated for heading a project, from Finance department, to indigenize a part of the defense product, during his stint in BEML (Public Sector Company under Ministry of Defense) between 1991and 95. Since then he was instrumental in managing IT Department, ERP projects and ERP Practice at a global level. He enjoyed this role as it confirmed he has an entrepreneurial side. Currently he is managing ERP & Integrations for APAC region for a renowned Home Appliance Manufacturer. He manages third party vendors and business partners in this role. He is also part of the global IT strategy team representing APAC region. Apart from this, he is also working as Independent Management Consultant to few select clients.

With Advanced Management Program from IIM Bangalore and professional qualifications in Cost & Management Accounting, Company Secretary and Project Management, Suresh has equipped with a unique insight into maximizing the potential of Technology, People and Process.
